Hi, I’m Cesar Augusto Escobar. I was born in Colombia and raised in the United States, and that mix of perspectives has shaped the way I approach design: always curious, always searching for ways to connect people across different experiences.
For me, UX is about service. I lead with empathy, making sure the people I design for feel seen, heard, and supported. My philosophy is research-driven and accessibility-first, because inclusive design should never be an afterthought; it should be the foundation. I believe in pushing boundaries and exploring innovation, but always with the understanding that design is here to serve real needs.
I’ve been fortunate to work on a range of projects, from enterprise tools that empower large organizations to nonprofit platforms that directly impact local communities. A project that feels especially close to me is Med Alert, a medical emergency app I developed during my master’s program. It reflects the kind of work I want to keep doing: meaningful, research-backed design that makes a tangible difference in people’s lives.

My journey into UX started in the world of graphic design. What began as a love for visuals and storytelling grew into a passion for building entire experiences. Feel free to check out some of my graphic design work here
